How can I know whether my order is successful?

We don't provide CD copies of Joyoshare products but only online digital copies. You don't need to buy CDs as the products will be upgraded constantly and you can download the latest versions of the product from our website without any limitation.

What's the "Extended Download Service" shows in the order page?

The "Extended Download Service" you see in the order page is provided by our payment platform RegNow for backing up your purchase and download info. It will be added to the shopping list by default. But you can remove it as you like.

No, basically our program's license code is one license for one computer only. If you need to use the program on multiple machines at the same time, you should buy extra licenses.

What if I was charged twice for one order?

If you were accidentally charged more than the price you should pay, usually due the duplicated order submissions, please email us with order details. We will then refund the duplicated payment to you ASAP.

What can I do if I lost the license code?

If you misplaced your license and failed to retreive your license, please contact us at to request your license info. In this case, please provide us with detailed information of your oder, including the email address, user name, order number, etc.

What to do if the registration code appears to be invalid?

Firstly please make sure the license code was entered correctly without any misspelling or any space before or after the license info as our registration system is case sensitive. Then please check whether there is any special characters in your registration name. If you have received an user ID with special characters in it, please contact us to apply for a new one.

How do I register Joyoshare products?

To register Joyoshare software, you should firstly install the program on your computer. After launching the program, click the menu icon at the top-right corner of the software. Then click the Register button in the drop-down list. There will be a popup dialog window requiring you enter license name and code. You should then enter the Name and Code, and click OK to register it as a full version.

Why the program requires me register every time I launch it?

If you use the program with a user account that has no administrative privileges, the program may go back to evaluation version once you logoff. You can solve this problem by installing the program as administrator. To do this, please right-click on the setup file (.exe) and select "Run as administrator". Then you should enter the administrator's password to install the program again.
