  • Joyoshare Refund & Upgrade Policy

    Joyoshare values every customer and works our best to give all customers the best service and user experience. All Joyoshare products offer a free trial version, with which customers can 'test-drive' before making a payment. Once you place your order successfully on Joyoshare official website, you will receive the license code as soon as possible. You can check the confirmation email in your inbox or spam. If the license code is not found in the email, you can retrieve the license code by yourself or contact support@joyoshare.com.

    Joyoshare comes with software compatible with Windows and Mac, providing monthly, yearly and lifetime licenses. During the validity of the license, you can upgrade the software free of charge at any time. If you want to switch another platform to use the license key, such as from Windows to Mac or vice versa, you need to contact our after-sales team within one week after you placed the order. Otherwise, you'll need to buy a new license.

    Our 'try-before-you-buy' policy makes it possible for you to buy the product that really works for you. All customers are entitled to 30-day (for paid users with a yearly or lifetime plan) or 5-day (for paid users with a monthly plan) money back guarantee. If a purchase exceeds this money-back-guarantee interval, no refund is going to be approved.

  • Circumstances of No Refund

    With products feature up to a 30-day (or 5-day) money back guarantee, Joyoshare commonly isn't going to refund or exchange products in the conditions below:

    1. You purchased the so-called "wrong" product from us, and then purchased the "right" product from another company.

    2. You simply changed your mind after placing an order from Joyoshare.

    3. You requested a refund due to technical issues, but refused to provide any detailed description of the problem to our support team.

    4. You didn't receive the license code in time but never contact us for assistance.

    5. A refund request for part of a bundle.

    6. A refund request for price differences due to different regions and sellers.

    7. A refund request due to your lack of understanding or misunderstanding of our product functionality and compatibility because you didn't read the product description carefully before purchasing.

    8. A refund request based on the complaint that your lost data cannot be recovered completely. No software in the market can guarantee 100% success recovery of lost/deleted data because such data can be easily overwritten or damaged. We strongly recommend you to use the trial version before purchasing.

    9. A refund request based on the complaint that your iOS devices cannot be fixed completely. There are many reasons that may lead to the repair failure of your device especially when it has a hardware issue. In this case, we understand your emotions and decide to refund half of the money to you.

    10. A refund request for no reason.

    11. Your order has already exceeded 30 days.

  • Accepted Circumstances

    Joyoshare will approve refund requests due to the situations below, within the guidelines of its Money Back Guarantee.

    1. You purchased a wrong product, and then purchased the right product from Joyoshare within 30 days (for monthly plan, the validity period is only 5 days). We can refund you the order of the wrong product.

    2. You've been double charged due to the system problem of the third party payment platform.

    3. The software you've purchased has crucial technical problems but our technical support team failed to provide a solution within one month.

    Note that once a refund is issued, the corresponding license will be deactivated. Please uninstall the software and remove it from your computer.

  • Free Upgrade

    All Joyoshare products are free to upgrade. You are allowed to get the latest version of Joyoshare software on the official download page here: https://www.joyoshare.com/download.html. If you want to use an older version of the software, you have to contact support@joyoshare.com for a valid download address.
